SRM Consulting cooperated with a private hospital in the field of outpatient examinations, laboratory tests, and inpatient consulting services, and carried out strategic hospital planning. During the development of the strategic plan, a survey of foreign customers and medical clients was conducted to determine the market capacity of local private medical services. In addition, many discussions and trainings were held among the management team and all employees.
